Expert Towing Services for Any Situation

Your vehicle will begin accumulating storage fees as soon as it arrives at our impound facility. The cost to retrieve your vehicle will increase daily while it remains in our custody. To reclaim or access your vehicle, the registered owner must provide the following:

1. Proof of Ownership – Only a title or registration is accepted. A bill of sale is not considered valid proof of ownership. Any tag agent can assist you with this for a small fee. Insurance verification is also not acceptable.
    
2. Valid Government-Issued Photo ID – The name on the ID must match the name on the ownership document.
    
3. In-Person Requirement – All vehicle redemptions or access requests must be made in person with items 1–3 above.
    
4. Driving the Vehicle Off the Lot – You must present a valid liability insurance verification form, as required by State Law.
    
5. Payment – All charges must be paid in full before releasing the vehicle. We do not accept checks. Payments must be made in CASH.
